Our Story
A Tradition of Welcoming Stays
Amidst Maine’s lakes, ocean access, mountain trails, and stretches of farmland and forest, we offer four unique homes for your next vacation. Our rentals are located just off Route 302 between Raymond and Casco—within 15 minutes of the amenities you’ll want and the natural beauty you came for.
Each home offers something special: hot tubs, lakefront access, shared private beaches, saunas, and water toys. Through our trusted local partnerships, we can also arrange boat rentals, custom dining experiences at award-winning restaurants, and even one of our favorite touches—a fully stocked fridge with your choice of groceries, or our secret homemade bread and locally sourced ingredients ready for breakfast.

How We Came To Be
Andy, Nova & Debi’s New Lodging! With our arrival from Switzerland, in 2023, it has been a dream to create more adventures, raise our family and do it while meeting people along the way. Andy loves learning everything there is to know about New England and we have definitely had adventures around a good part of it! Andy is a Swiss native with an Austrian background but his life-long dream to live in the US got this dream started. Myself, a Swiss-Canadian, I am excited to get back to the openness of living in nature. I lived in Canada for 26 years and the rest in Switzerland. Two completely different worlds. We chose to move to Maine after a few vacations in the Maine area and are lucky enough to build a business here. With the arrival of our daughter in 2022, we decided not to wait until retirement to chase our dream, and here we are! We are so excited to be able to build up our business, offer great vacation experiences, and be successful for our local staff and our little family!
